The award-winning Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is Malaysia’s premier facility and Asia’s first AIPC (International Association of Congress Centres) Gold Standard venue, purpose-built for international, regional and national conventions, trade shows, consumer exhibitions, meetings and events, entertainment and intimate private functions.

The pristine world-class venue offers over 33,000 sqm of flexible function space complemented by innovative value-add meeting and event solutions that are customized to suit its business mix and designed to create bespoke experiences and a memorable customer journey. Overlooking the iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers and the 50-acre KLCC Park, the Centre is strategically located in the heart of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) precinct, a 100-acre ‘city within a city’ development, where delegates and visitors attending events at the Centre are spoilt for choice given the varied and exciting range of recreational, entertainment, food & beverage and accommodation options, all within walking distance. The precinct infrastructure also provides excellent accessibility and connectivity, with the majority of attractions within a comfortable 5 to 10-minute walk via covered air-conditioned walkways from the Centre.

With the largest commercial kitchen in Malaysia, the Centre prides itself on having a professional team to ensure the delivery of exquisite gastronomic experience by a strong culinary brigade. The team is guided by its ‘Culinaria’ philosophy whose pillars are centered on designing and innovating creative cuisine that distinctively present ‘Malaysia on a Plate’ that also caters to different palates from around the world. All of its five kitchens; Chinese, Western, Cold, Pastry and Malay are certified halal.

Since opening in 2005, the Centre’s track record has been acknowledged by industry peers and the community with numerous international and national awards and accolades, recognising the venue’s capabilities, products and services, branding efforts, culinary offerings and more.

The Centre places a major emphasis on its social responsibility stewardship, and its commitment to ensuring operating procedures and processes are up-to-date and line with world-class quality standards and service excellence. The venue is ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, EarthCheck Silver and Hazard Analysis and its Critical Control Points (HACCP) certified.

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre also established the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre Business Events Alliance (KLCC BEA) in partnership with key business events players and stakeholders in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) precinct that provides a seamless and single point of first contact for Meeting Planners and Event Organisers.

The Centre is proudly managed by Convex Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd and ASM Global.
