GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
- For poster presentation, presenters are required to submit their poster in:
i. Format : Printed
ii. Size : 67.7 cm (Height) x 38.1 cm (Width)
iii. Orientation : Vertical (Portrait) - Presenters are required to email their poster e-file/JPEG/PNG image to programme@fasava2024kualalumpur.com by 01 June 2024. This is for inclusion in the congress proceedings.
- Presenters must affix their posters at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre by Thursday, 18th July 2024.
- Make the display as self-explanatory as possible.
- The poster may include tables, graphs, photographs or illustrations. All of the materials should be of sufficient size so they can be easily read at a reasonable distance of 1 to 1.5 meters by the readers.
- Gentle reminders to presenters:
- Identify project by title, institution, author name, and E- mail address
- Place the information sequentially beginning with the brief introduction, methods used, key results, brief discussion, conclusion and references.
- Include useful figures, tables, schemes, equations and pictures
- Text should be kept to a minimum
- Text should be readable from a distance of 1 to 1.5m (minimum font size: 24 - 28, font type: Arial)
- Use contrast colours.
- Please name and your e-poster with Abstract No. number and presenter's name. (e.g. A-0012_John Smith)
- Posters will be displayed as submitted by the presenter. Posters MUST be submitted according to the FASAVA Congress 2024 poster guidelines as on the Congress website. The Congress organiser reserves the right not to accept any poster which does not comply with the poster requirement.
